Raising Your Vibration: Day 2

Welcome to Day 2! In Day 1’s post I mentioned “We are the only ones that have the power to control our energies”, this is true, but many of us tend to blame other people for our lives. We blame our parents, how and where we grew up, we blame our schools, our friends, our ex’s, society, our country and even our enemies. I even know someone who blames objects for how events happen in their life.

You are not a Victim! You have the choice to be one or not!

We alone have the POWER, no one else can change our lives for us. It’s just like ‘Glenda the Good Witch’ in the Wizard of Oz “You’ve always had the POWER my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself”.

We need to learn to be responsible for how we feel, our own personal vibration. As adults, we have the ability to really make positive changes in our lives. It’s our choices, our actions, that affect how we feel. Blaming others for how we feel, feeling out of control is a low vibration. If you don’t take responsibility for your life, how you feel, taking the steps to follow your life’s path, who will???

Love yourself enough to start making small changes, baby steps towards a life you will love…..one that is full of joy and happiness….and a high vibration! These do not have to be big changes at once…but adding them up they bring huge changes in your life…over time. Just start being aware of how you feel, what you think your personal vibration is. If you find yourself saying something negative, you can cancel it out…send love to it, especially if it’s negative toward yourself. Also, if you have been in victim-mode for a long time, it will take a while to change…this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s lots of small steps…and sometimes those steps go backwards. Just acknowledge it and continue to move forward when you can.

The one thing not to do is beat yourself up if you slide. Our society does this enough. Love yourself enough to recognize that you are human and to move forward when you can.

Simple Ideas of small changes….

*Noticing the beauty of nature around you. Feel the love of Mother Earth….the simple things, the sunrises, sunsets, the trees budding, the birds singing, and walking barefoot in new green grass!
(If you can’t get outside because of weather…**Visualize it…Daydream about it! Really go to it in your mind and create the scene…feel it in your body…just as if you were there!)
*Daydreaming….this is something as kids we were reprimanded for, when in reality, this is how we create our lives, our dreams….so give yourself permission as an adult…let your mind go…let it flow to all the things you love and have fun!!!
*Laughing….even if you go to a park to see kids playing and laughing….watch You Tube videos of babies laughing…enjoy them!

Raising Your Vibration: Day 1

With the New Year upon us, I have decided to make regular posts regarding our personal vibration and how to raise it…(meaning what our own physical body’s energy is vibrating at). The higher your vibration, the happier you are, the more you are able to Create the Life you Desire! We all know when we feel down, our energy level is low, shame, feelings of being unworthy, despair vibrate at a 20. Love, happiness, joy vibrate in the 500’s. While enlightenment vibrates at 700 and above. The United States on average vibrates at 220…. There are studies out there about how it can be measured through muscle testing.

Your personal, dominant vibration is the one that creates your reality, whether or not you’re aware of it…it’s still happening…just like gravity. You need to be aware of your thoughts, how you feel, the energy you are emitting. All of this has an effect on how you manifest (create) your life.

The more you can reach that 51% of positive thoughts, positive emotions for your life, the better off you will be. This is the Magic that life has to offer. We are the only ones that have the power to control our energies. If you are in a place in your life full of negativity, you have the power to change it. Over the next weeks or possibly months, I will share tidbits that I share with my clients to change their personal vibration, so they can begin to take the steps to get control over their life, to begin getting the power back  to attract the life they desire!

My first question to you is just take notice of your emotional state, your physical state, your mental state, and how you feel about your spirituality? You might even want to write some of this down so you remember in the days and weeks to come, where you have been and how far you have come to raise your vibration!

Winter Solstice Ritual

This midpoint of winter is not only the shortest day of the year, but also the longest night. The world is very still and the land dormant. Various festivals of light are celebrated, and have been for thousands of years, serving as a reminder that the light will indeed return. Throughout many cultures there are tales describing this time.

This image portrays a simple yet powerful representation of the winter solstice. We see a clear reflection of the snowy woods on the still, frozen waters of the lake. The blue tint drapes the scene with an even greater sense of quiet and solace, inviting us to walk very softly but if we disturb the intense yet gentle grace of this scene. The reflection of the trees on the frozen lake reminds us that this is a time for us to go inside – – both out physical shelter as well as our internal world – and there contemplate the season that has passed, the season that is, and the seasons yet to come.

Winter Solstice Ritual:

Find a quiet place, where you won’t be disturbed. Set up the space to your liking. This can include candles, crystals, holly, evergreen, photos, statues etc….create your sacred space. This ritual can be performed within the next 5 days during the winter solstice.

Review the past year and ask yourself what the most important lessons you have had to learn are, what you have accomplished, and what dreams and visions you want to manifest in the upcoming year. Whether it has been a relatively smooth ride or a challenging series of events, acknowledge your experience as being the work of God, the Divine, the Universe, no matter what your judgements, fear, or joys are. Honor whatever has happened over the previous several months with gratitude and forgiveness. Then let it go. Allow yourself some solitude so you can spend some quiet, slow time in reflection.

Once you feel complete, reflect on your present life, especially focusing on what you are grateful for. When you are finished, consider what is to come- – all the different possibilities and potential that exist before you. Allow your imagination to roam without limitation or ambition, and see what shows up. Notice how you feel in your body with whatever scenario plays out in your mind. These are previews of that which is gestating, and can manifest and grow when cared for properly. Patience and stillness is called for here, for just as the earth cycles have their own pace, so does this cycle.

New Moons are all about Manifesting. Using Mother Moon’s beautiful energy to plant the seeds of this life you are creating. Use this powerful Sagittarius New Moon to start the New Year off right! Write down what you want to create it your life. What you want to bring forth in 2016. Write out as little or as much as you can, but put emotions into it. Really dream, feel the dream, dream BIG!!! Then go out and burn it. Give it over to Mother Moon, Mother Earth, to God, the Angels, to the Divine and to the Universe. Use this Powerful/Magical Energy to plant your seeds!!!

Anger issues can arise. People that have held you back in some way may be your target. Or, you could impulsively escape your duties and responsibilities that have been imposed upon you. There could be a sudden release of tension through anger at someone close to you. Do not suppress your anger or tension. This could come out as an accident. Watch out for someone directing his or her aggression towards you. Redirect your anger in positive ways. You can do this by a walk in the fresh air. Clean out your closest. Do something physical. There is so much positive energy with this New Moon. It is about time! You deserve good news. This Moon can liberate you. Your freedom is worth fighting for it. Free your mind. Be Free. Be strong. Do what empowers you. Do what liberates you. Do what makes you feel good. Do what heals you. Do what nurtures you. Empower Your Success. We are all in this together. We need each other. Free Space Clearing for my Clients: Home Buyers and Sellers

I am an Intuitive Realty in Madison, WI. I specialize in offering unique and individualized services for my clients.  One of the services that I provide is Space Clearing, for either my home buyers or sellers.

Space clearing is a basic universal desire to align and attune the energies of a space to their highest possible potential of expression.  Space clearing is a way to instantly shift and transform the subtle, energy surrounding us. Our homes are filled with infinite layers of vibrating energy; they are mirrors of ourselves, leaving an imprint of any energy either positive or negative that we radiate. Everything that happens in a building vibrates and leaves an energetic imprint. This stagnant, sluggish, stuck energy accumulates all around us like dust and cobwebs, we just can’t see it. People sometimes say, “You could have cut the air with a knife!” meaning that the atmosphere was so thick you can still feel the argument.

Have you ever…..?

Have you ever had a gut feeling that something didn’t feel right? That you were in the wrong place or with the wrong person? Or on the opposite spectrum, have you ever known that something was absolutely right but you couldn’t explain it? All of these questions have to do with our intuition. Intuition has many names, gut instinct, inspiration, a hunch, premonition, reading between the lines, red flags, “nagging” feeling, rings true, a sixth sense, the list goes on.

We have all experienced this, some more than others. We can learn to develop it and to listen to it more. If we do, we open ourselves up to richer experiences in our lives.

My name is Heidi Kelley and I want to share with you my story…

It was Winter 2008, at that time of my life, I had a Red Mustang, a fun car, but horrible in Wisconsin winters. This one particular morning there was a snowstorm. I had an appointment that I knew I could cancel, but something told me I needed to head out. I was driving out in the country on a deserted winding road. I was driving on a curve in the road, but my car didn’t want to turn, the wheels headed straight for a ditch. I quickly realized the car was going straight towards a metal pole. The next thing I knew the song “Jesus take the Wheel” popped into my head and the car swerved to the right, just missing the pole. I was so thankful! I also quickly realized there was little traffic and here I was stuck in a ditch in the middle of winter. What was I going to do?

After being in the car for a few minutes, a white truck stopped. I immediately recognized the man as someone I had a date with earlier in the year, we weren’t a love match but we remained friends. Imagine my surprise! He was my knight in shiny armor (or in this case a man in a big white truck!) I realized later, I was to meet him beforehand and to know I was safe to have him drive me home.

Once I got home I started to call friends to see who could pull me out (I knew the tow trucks would be busy). The last person I wanted to call was a very good friend of mine, fighting a battle of cancer. I knew he wasn’t feeling good and didn’t want to disturb him. After not having any luck finding anyone to help me, I reluctantly picked up the phone and called him. Wow, was I ever surprised. He was like a boy on Christmas morning. He had gotten new chains earlier in the year, but never had a chance to use them. He was a little boy again getting to use his new toy!

He quickly pulled my car out and I thanked him by taking him to breakfast. We sat and talked for hours. He had a lot on his mind that had been bottled up. I sat there and listened, very thankful to have this chance to hear him. I knew then there was a reason for all the events of the morning.

If I had canceled my appointment and not have gone out in the storm, I would never have had such an amazing day. I realized how amazing it was in the fall when my friend passed away. I will always treasure that very special day.  I have certainly learned to listen to my intuition. It really guides me and helps me thru the ups and downs in my life.
