As the Intuitive Realtor/Healer, I work as a team with my seller’s to find the perfect buyers for your home. It is very important to have a Realtor that cares about you as the seller, a Realtor that takes time to listen to what your concern’s are in selling your home. I have felt so honored in the past to be able to assist many sellers in the process of selling a home.
As a Seller you have all of your memories in the home. You may have gotten married, had your children, your family gatherings. It’s been a home with love and besides wanting a buyer at the right price for your home, many sellers want a buyer to come in and love the home just as much if not more than you did. I will help assist you to find the perfect buyer for your beloved home.
These are additional services that I offer to my Home Sellers, beyond the traditional services that I provide! We can discuss them and you can decide energetically what feels right to you and your home.
1. Space/Energy Clearings (on your home): Clearing out energy in your home and raising the vibration to attract a buyer. I clear the energy in the home once at the actual location, after that I continue to clear the energy from a distance.
2. Energy Healings/Reiki (on your body): Clearing and aligning the energy in your body, raising your vibration. (I do this once on each of the home owners, any additional service you get a 20% discount thru-out the term of the contract).
3. Meditations: I have a meditation that helps home owners detach themselves from the home. It is essential for the owners to withdraw their energy from a home before they sell it.
4. Crystals: I will teach you how to use crystals as a tool to manifest the life you desire, including purchasing a home!
5. Vision Boards: This is something you can create on your own, but I can give you guidance, to help you dream and attract the life you desire!
6. Altars: Creating an altar in your home, using special objects, photos, plants, etc, to represent the new life you want!
* Once the energies are vibrationally in sync we will attract a buyer. Just remember we are still in the hands of the Universe and on Universe time, not our time here on Earth.
